Ideal for intimate gatherings, the room features a single round banquet table and offers complete privacy, dedicated wait staff, and ambient music for a seamless dining experience.

Room 1818 is Pearl’s semi-private dining room, boasting views of Sydney’s iconic Harbour Bridge and heritage-listed Hinchcliff House. Ideal for smaller gatherings and more relaxed business or social occasions, this room is separated from Pearl’s main dining space by curtains that ensure you get best of both worlds: an exclusive and engaging experience.
Set around one elegant round table, this semi-private banquet space offers ambient music and stunning Harbour Bridge views—perfect for both professional and social occasions.

Our private dining menus are thoughtfully curated to complement every occasion — from intimate celebrations to distinguished business gatherings. Each menu showcases Pearl’s modern Cantonese cuisine, designed to bring people together over dishes that balance flavour, artistry, and seasonality.
Our sommeliers have also hand-selected a boutique collection of wines and beverages to enhance your dining experience. Please note, menus are seasonal and subject to change.
