New Year’s Eve at Pearl Dining
Celebrate New Year’s Eve with our special banquet menu at $188 per person.
Choose from two dining seatings, with dinner commencing at 6:00 pm or 9:15 pm. Guests joining the later seating are welcome to stay until midnight to welcome the New Year and enjoy the fireworks from our terrace.
A children’s banquet is also available at $68 per child aged 12 and under.
Fireworks from the terrace
Our terrace will remain open and unreserved for guests to step outside at midnight and watch the Harbour Bridge fireworks. Please note that dining tables do not have a direct view of the fireworks. The Opera House display is not visible from the terrace, and terrace spaces cannot be reserved.
Bookings and conditions
A $100 deposit per person is required to secure your reservation. A 10% service charge applies to the final bill for groups of eight or more guests.
Cancellations must be made at least seven days before your booking. Reservation amendments must be requested at least 72 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
